Berkshire Creekside offers flexible lease terms ranging from 1 to 15 months, depending on availability. Lease terms are subject to change without notice.

Once all documents are submitted, application approval typically takes 1–2 business days.
No. Berkshire Creekside does not have a minimum credit score requirement. Approval is based on income, credit history, rental history, and background screening.
Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.5x the base rent. Combined income is allowed for multiple leaseholders.

Rent, Payments & Fees

Rent is paid through the resident portal, which redirects to Bilt, allowing residents to earn reward points on rent payments.
Yes. Bilt and WIPs payments are accepted at Berkshire Creekside.
Yes. A 7% late fee applies on the 7th, with an additional 3% on the 10th if rent remains unpaid.
Yes. A $100 NSF fee is charged for returned payments.
Yes. All residents must maintain renter’s insurance and upload their declaration page through the Get Covered portal.
No. Only the declaration page is accepted. Insurance binders are not valid.
Residents will be enrolled in default Get Covered insurance until an approved declaration page is uploaded.

Pet Policy

Yes. Berkshire Creekside is a pet friendly community in New Braunfels, welcoming dogs and cats.

Residents may have up to two pets per apartment.

$300 one-time pet fee per pet. $20 monthly pet rent per pet. See our pet friendly page for more details.

There is no weight limit, however the following breeds are generally prohibited: -Akita -American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull) -Presa Canario -Chow Chow -Doberman Pinscher -German Shepherd -Great Dane -All Husky & Malamute breeds -Rottweiler -Wolf/Restricted breed mix Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile. See our pet friendly page for more details.

Yes. All residents must complete Pet Screening, including residents without pets. See our pet friendly page for more details.

Berkshire Creekside offers AT&T Giga-Power high-speed internet and features a dedicated Starbucks-style Wi-Fi café/lounge area in the community for residents to connect in common spaces.
Yes. The fitness center is available 24/7 for residents.
AT&T is the exclusive internet provider for the community.

Parking

Yes. Each apartment includes one assigned covered parking space, typically near the unit.
Additional spaces may be available for an added fee, with management approval.

Move-Out & Lease Renewal

Residents must provide a written 60-day notice to vacate.
Yes. Residents may terminate early with 30 days’ written notice and a termination fee equal to two months’ rent, plus repayment of any concessions.
Renewal offers are sent approximately 75 days before lease expiration via email and the resident portal.

Berkshire Creekside offers escorted tours and self-guided tours. Virtual live tours are not available.
